Road maintenance workers on Sunday (May 6) cleared a road using explosives after a landslide hits southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, to make way for tourists and vehicles to evacuate, state media reported. China's CCTV said hundreds of stranded tourists and vehicles were evacuated from a highway linking the Tibetan regional capital of Lhasa to the Nepalese capital of Kathmandu.
