Police released surveillance video showing a car plowing into a group of pedestrians crossing a street on Thursday (May 3). 미국 뉴욕 주(州) 서부의 버펄로 시에서 3일(현지 시간) 자동차 한 대가 길을 가로질러 건너던 한 무리의 보행자를 치고 지나가는 감시카메라 영상을 경찰이 공개했다.
The car did not stop after the incident, according to police. Local media said a teenager who was struck by the car is recovering from his injuries. 경찰에 따르면 문제의 차량은 사람들을 덮친 후에도 멈추지 않았다. 현지 언론은 차에 치인 한 10대 남성이 부상했으며 현재 병원에서 회복 중이라고 전했다.
The driver was a 19-year-old and was arrested within five minutes of the accident. 19세인 운전자는 사고 발생 후 5분도 되지 않아 체포됐다.
