Buenos Aires fashion week opened with a splash as Argentine fashion designers brought street culture and urban artists to their inspired collections for the Spring/Summer 2012-13 BAFWEEK which kicked off Tuesday (August 7) night. ¾Æ¸£ÇîÆ¼³ª ¡®ºÎ¿¡³ë½º ¾ÆÀÌ·¹½º ÆÐ¼ÇÀ§Å©¡¯°¡ 7ÀÏ(ÇöÁö½Ã°£) ¹ã °³¸·Çß´Ù. The latest collection by designer Mariana Cortes for the Juana de Arco label brought nature and urban art together by combining prints, bright colours and varying textures for a unique look. "There are big shirts, like the clothes you wear to paint in. We took these aspects from street artists. And from there we got the fabrics and the shape of the clothes," Cortes said. The line, which targets socially and environmentally conscious consumers, did not let down as models hit the runway wearing combined textures and patterns from head to toe.
